| And I'm at work. I haven't updated in almost 9 months. I read my little subscription email everyday, but I never take the time to update my own account. For anyone who actually reads this, I am sorry.
The whole job thing has been fun and interesting, but I'm ready to move on. What to do? Find a new job.... In the spare time I don't have.
James and I got married last week. It was a fun affair. I really stressed out over the whole planning situation, but it ended up being fun. Was it worth all the stress? No, but it was nice to see everyone.
Humorously enough, my sister-in-law has been pregnant during this whole weddding planning time. We hoped that the baby would be born on any day other than April 1st. So he was born at 1030 that morning. Talk about stealing a person's thunder. Babies will do that to you. However, he is absolutely precious. They're all coming to visit in two weeks! Aunt Ashley gets to babysit!
I hope everyone else is doing really well.... It is absolutely surreal to be married and looking at buying a house and a new car right now, but (like everything else) it is fun! I'll try to update more often, but don't hold your breath!!!
| Alright... It's been a couple months, and I have a test in a few hours. What better reason is there to post on Xanga? None.
I'm graduating from Baylor in 18 days. Wahoo for August 13th! Then, I will be moving to Austin. Another big wahoo! I just found out yesterday afternoon that I officially got the position I wanted with Liberty Mutual. More than 40 people applied for the job, and they picked sweet little me.
I am in total shock right now that I have a real job, I'm graduating from college, and I'm getting married. Am I growing up? Gosh, I hope not.
I hope all is well with anyone reading this, and I hope to get to see everyone before I leave Waco forever! Or at least until the first home football game....
| So... I haven't posted in a while, because I simply haven't cared enough. I have been so extremely busy, but the grades will pay off this semester. Maybe staying busy and being happy are the two most important things for studies.
I have made a lot of little progress with the wedding. Things like dresses have been picked out, but I'm still searching a bit to make sure I don't impulse buy. We have the date, the church, the reception hall, etc. All I really want to do is worry about school right now. Wedding comes next.
The job search is a fun, never-ending process. I hope it is 100% over soon. I want to take the job with Liberty Mutual, but I mostly need to make sure it is the absolute best option.
Mostly this semester, I've pretty much lost touch with anyone who is not currently at Baylor. I think I've regularly talked to two people, and that wasn't necessarily my doing. I guess I should hope for forgiveness. I've just been so close to graduation, so I've been super focused.
That's pretty much it for now. Maybe I'll write again someday!
